Warranty Administrator

Description

Full-time opening for an experienced Warranty Administrator.

  • Accurately process sales and service warranty claims on manufacturer’s websites.
  • Process completed warranty claims on manufacturer websites
  • Process all paperwork necessary for accurate and timely processing of warranties including: timely submissions, maintaining accurate filing system.
  • Inspect prospective warrant work with service personnel when appropriate and verify the warranty work is applicable.
  • Ensure recall parts are ordered when necessary
  • Coordinate recall work with customers
  • Act as a customer advocate and SMI advocate on applicable warranty issues when calling manufacturers
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Great multi-tasking, time management, problem solving and decision making skills
