Warranty Administrator
Description
Full-time opening for an experienced Warranty Administrator.
- Accurately process sales and service warranty claims on manufacturer’s websites.
- Process completed warranty claims on manufacturer websites
- Process all paperwork necessary for accurate and timely processing of warranties including: timely submissions, maintaining accurate filing system.
- Inspect prospective warrant work with service personnel when appropriate and verify the warranty work is applicable.
- Ensure recall parts are ordered when necessary
- Coordinate recall work with customers
- Act as a customer advocate and SMI advocate on applicable warranty issues when calling manufacturers
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Great multi-tasking, time management, problem solving and decision making skills
