- Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner via telephone and face-to-face
- Troubleshoot the customer’s needs and ensure you understand their needs
- Accurately and efficiently find parts for customers
- Ensure correct and detailed information is entered on the customer’s order
- Complete sale and update customer account information
- Keep shelves in showroom stocked
